Hey beautiful!....Yes, I mean YOU!
Let’s be real for a second — aren’t you tired of holding it all together?
Of being the reliable one, the strong one, the one who gets it all done with a smile? Somewhere along the way, many of us picked up this invisible pressure to be everything to everyone. And while we may be killing it on the outside… inside, we’re stretched thin. Exhausted. Over it.
Here’s what I want you to hear loud and clear today:
You don’t have to do it all to be worthy.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to be doing just fine.
You don’t have to say yes to every request to be a good woman, mom, partner, friend.
Letting Go as Women Over 30 - Letting Go of the Lies
Let go of the idea that your worth is in your productivity.
Let go of the belief that rest equals weakness.
Let go of timelines that no longer serve you.
Let go of roles that drain you.
Let go of the fear that if you don’t hold it all together, it’ll all fall apart.
The truth? You were never meant to carry it all.
A “Slow Beauty” Reset for Your Soul
Letting go for women over 30 can be hard - harder than it used to be! This weekend, I want to invite you into a new kind of self-care. One that feels like a breath of fresh air — not another thing on your to-do list. Try a Slow Beauty Sunday, where you intentionally unplug, check in with yourself, and reset both your skin and your spirit.
I know, I know! You have responsibilities, you're busy, there's all the stuff. Blah, blah, blah. I've heard it all before, it's what I tell myself when I think about doing something just for me.
You are worth the time. You need this. You deserve this. You will be better for others when you take care of yourself.
Here’s what that could look like and what I've tried to do to on a Slow Beauty Sunday:
🧖🏽♀️ Skin Detox Moment
Skip the makeup.
Use a gentle exfoliating mask or your favorite skin detox product.
Let your skin breathe while you do the same emotionally.

🕯️ Reflect & Release
Journal 3 things you’re done carrying.
Pray or meditate on what you’re releasing.
Say it out loud: “This doesn’t belong to me anymore.”
🛌 Rest Without Guilt
Take a nap.
Read a book for fun.
Do absolutely nothing — and don’t apologize for it.
You’re Already Enough
This week’s message isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing less, on purpose.
Letting go doesn’t mean giving up. It means you’re strong enough to stop pretending. It means you’re making space for the life that actually fits you.
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to release.
