Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to Canada and the United States for $9.95. 

Processing Times
We work hard to get your glow essentials to you as quickly as possible! ✨ In-stock items are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If an item is not currently in stock, please allow an additional 7-10 days for restocking before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times may vary but generally take 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience and promise—it’s worth the wait! 💖🚚

Shipping Details
• Orders are shipped from Canada.
• Please note that U.S. Customs reserves the right to hold packages for up to 30 days, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit:
• Contact us at support@ffbeauty.co with your order number and tracking information.
• We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide you with an update.
• If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or store credit to ensure you’re fully supported.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of North America. If you’re located outside this region and would love to try our products, please reach out to us at support@ffbeauty.co to explore possible options.
