FEARLESS FRIDAY: Aging with Confidence: Skincare, Sisterhood, and Showing Up

Let’s be honest for a minute—being a woman over 35 is kind of like being a magician. You're expected to juggle careers, relationships, aging parents, maybe teenagers, laundry mountains, and existential dread... all while smiling, glowing, and somehow keeping your roots touched up.

It’s exhausting.

And yet, most of us still try to be everything to everyone. We push through the sore knees, the creaky hips, the days when our brains feel foggy, and we can't remember why we walked into the kitchen (was it for coffee or to cry? Maybe both). We act like we’ve got it all handled, but sometimes—we don’t. And that’s okay.

No one really prepares you for this part of aging. The slower recovery times, the weird little injuries that pop up from sleeping wrong, the mood swings that come in hot (literally, thanks hormones), or how lonely it can feel when your life doesn't quite look like the highlight reels you see online.

We need each other. Real friendships. The kind where you can text someone “I’m not okay” without needing to explain. The kind where you can vent, laugh, spiral a little, and then regroup—because your ride-or-die is right there saying, “How deep are we burying the body?” (Metaphorically, of course. Mostly.)

But making friends as an adult? Especially as a woman? Damn near impossible. It feels like everyone’s already got their circle. Or maybe you're just too tired to try anymore. That’s why Faith + Fearless exists. Not just to give you kickass skincare (although, yes, it is that good), but to carve out space for women like us.

We created this brand because we needed it. For the days when you need a moment of self-care, and for the nights when your reflection doesn’t match how you feel inside. For the reminders that you’re not failing—you’re just human. Gloriously aging, beautifully complicated, gloriously tired human.

So yeah, we sell skincare. But more than that? We’re building a community where it’s okay to not have it all together. Where you can show up as you are—no filters, no fluff.
